OHS residents, our neighborhood restrictions are those that were instituted during the development of our subdivision and are in need of being updated. If you would be interested in in serving on this committee, please email the HOA to notify us of your interest and for inquiries. For the interest of all, know that any changes will require 2/3 of member votes to be in approval with at least 25% of the neighborhood members casting a vote.
