Just a friendly reminder that HOA dues for this year are due by April 1st. Thank you to those who have already submitted payment. As you know, these dues allow us to maintain our beautiful community and ensure it remains a great place to live.
Payment options include sending a check to the address below or using PayPal (for a small additional fee) on our website at https://oakhillsouth.net/dues/. If you have any questions about your dues or need to make other payment arrangements, please don’t hesitate to reach out to the HOA board at officers(at)oakhillsouth.net. We are here to serve and assist our residents and want to make the process as easy as possible. Late payments can result in late fees and other penalties, so please don’t forget to take care of this important task.

Current HOA residents, it is our responsibility to ensure that our new neighbors are aware of how to pay their dues and how to contact the HOA board. The board is making strides to communicate this but we may not always immediately be aware of who is new. By taking the time to inform our new neighbors of these important matters, we can help them feel welcomed and supported in our community. Let’s work together to create a strong and cohesive neighborhood where everyone feels valued and informed.
