Its that time of year again! Excitement is in the air as we gear up for our much-anticipated Annual HOA Meeting! The Oak Hill South HOA board encourages everyone to join us for community updates, engaging questions and discussions, budget review, and future plans and initiatives. Here are the details you’ll need:

Date, Time, & Location: Mark your calendars for Tuesday, February 25, 2025 at 6:00 pm. Please be sure to RSVP to the invitation on the OHS HOA Facebook Group, if able, so we can get an approximate head count.

Location: We’ll hosting the annual meeting in the community room at the Mid-Continent Public Library East LS branch (2240 SE Blue Parkway).

Board Update: We need your help to keep Oak Hill South wonderful! As part of our community, you have a chance to make a positive impact by joining the Oak Hill South Homeowners Association (OHS HOA) Board. Three positions will be open at the February meeting:

  • Secretary
  • Treasurer
  • Member at Large

These are volunteer positions, and we’re looking for community members who are passionate about contributing to the continued growth and success of Oak Hill South. If you’re interested in serving on the Board, or if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at officers(at)oakhillsouth.net.

Discussion Highlights:

  1. A Year in Review: The board will take a brief moment and share insights into what we’ve accomplished over the past year.
  2. Upcoming Projects and Initiatives: Be a part of the discussion concerning the exciting projects and initiatives planned for the next HOA year. Your input, enthusiasm, and volunteerism are crucial in shaping the goals and direction of the community!
  3. Community Committees: We are severely lacking interest for committees that share in the responsibility of caring for our community. This is your chance to get involved, share ideas, and play a role in making a positive impact for others.

Join the Conversation: Your presence and participation matter! Come prepared to share your thoughts, ideas, and perhaps even volunteer for a committee. This meeting is not just about updates; it’s an opportunity for us to collaborate and strengthen our community spirit.
