Attention Oak Hill South Neighbors!

We are excited to announce a Meet and Greet event with your new HOA Board on Sunday, May 7, 2023 from 6:00-6:30pm at the Oak Hill South community pool. This is a fantastic opportunity to get to meet the new board members and learn about some of the upcoming plans for the community.

Please take this time to drop off any unpaid dues prior to delinquency notices being sent. We will be reactivating pool cards in the near future and all dues owed must be paid in order for the reactivation to occur. There will be more information on this in the coming weeks. Any completed pool and common ground agreements, mailed with the newsletters, may be returned at the event as well.

We also wanted to extend and invitation for this event to our Oak Hill neighbors. Any Oak Hill resident who desires to use the pool this summer can bring a check made out to OHS HOA for $250. We will note your name and contact information for use regarding your pool cards. If you are unable to stop by the event, checks should be addressed to OHS HOA at the address below:
